When a person or group decide to handle a legal matter in accordance with their own personal beliefs and motives due to a sense of entitlement caused by having jurisdiction, an appointment, or custody over a legal matter while their agenda or personal bias is elevated to a higher priority than their judicial, legal, and ethical responsibilities to the life or lives they are destroying.

While failing to honorably maintain a commitment to one’s responsibilities that were “created” because of previous choices that cause a person to arrive at the location in life they find themselves, even when that responsibility leads to decisions that are not comfortable, favorable, or desirable.
