It seems logical why the evidence shows Iowa Public Information Board Executive Director Eckley has worked to criminalize my work. At the same time, the evidence shows this act was coordinated with many private and public officials across the State of Iowa. The sum of this work will prevent Iowa government bodies from utilizing unethical price points that evidence indicates are not consistent with Iowa Code Section 22.3 (possibly transmitted across interstate commercial electronic wires). In contrast, Iowa government bodies that produce evidence of this behavior allegedly attempt to prevent citizen access to rights and public records that those who have served within the United States Department of Defense committed their lives to defend.
Simple Language Syntax: Once the movie magic is revealed regarding how government bodies store and preserve public data (hardware/software configurations via publicly available data), appointed and elected Iowa licensed attorneys will no longer be able to write their own script regarding the fees that evidence indicates many Iowa licensed lawyers pull out of thin air. These excessive fees are likely motivated by the possible or perceived civil threat assessment of the requested public records. The point of revelation regarding this evidence is that how the leadership of the State of Iowa responds to this evidence will help provide an existential conclusion regarding the true spirit of the leadership of the State of Iowa, about their commitment to protecting the rights of the citizens of the State of Iowa’s access to public records.
The evidence indicates that Iowa Public Information Board Executive Director Eckley has already revealed her commitment to the people of the State of Iowa during what evidence suggests was a very poorly executed advancement by some Iowa Public Information Board Members to change Iowa Code Chapter 23 for the benefit of the Iowa Public Information Board and Iowa government bodies. At the same time, these events occurred after Executive Director Eckley was notified of a pending complaint against her with the Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Review Board regarding the evidence supporting her misrepresentation of facts, evidence, and public records during two Iowa Public Information Board cases during July 2023 involving the City of Newton, IA and Jasper County, IA.
When my work is complete, the evidence supporting the unethical within the State of Iowa will no longer be able to withhold electronic public records from citizens via the requirement of a fee that is not consistent with Iowa Code Section 22.3 or the fees provided for identical public records requests from government bodies of similar size (licensed commercial information system users/population) and licensed information systems. Suppose the Iowa Public Information Board is incapable or desires not to defend and protect the rights of the citizens of the State of Iowa’s access to public records. In that case, I intend to lawfully commit myself to this mission one Iowa government body false allegation of criminal conduct at a time.
How can we trust the integrity of the State of Iowa’s county attorneys or the Iowa Court when the evidence indicates that some county attorneys like Jasper County, IA Attorney Scott Nicholson are unethical public officials who manifest lies, false allegations of criminal conduct supported be zero evidence, and other unethical acts that quickly reveal their motives? At the same time, public officials manifesting this form of evidence will manufacture any form of testimony not supported by evidence against the innocent to survive or reinforce themselves in a possible future or pending civil situation.
Suppose a State of Iowa county attorney, such as Jasper County, IA Attorney Nicholson, produces evidence supporting this form of ethics during a civil issue. How can we trust any criminal prosecutions this form of Iowa County Attorney has handled while removing rights and liberties from citizens that a court determines were guilty based upon a criminal case built by the evidence of this form of ethics and lack of commitment to the Iowa Rules of the Court Chapter 32.
The evidence shows that Jasper County, IA, Attorney Scott Nicholson has produced evidence of significant gender-based and mental health-based discrimination against an innocent citizen. At the same time, the evidence indicates Jasper County, IA Attorney Scott Nicholson produced evidence of leading the sum of false allegations of criminal conduct supported by zero evidence, constitutional, and civil rights violations related to the halting of access to public accommodations (government body social media/public records assets) related to public speech against a citizen that evidence shows was speaking out against Jasper County, IA Attorney Scott Nicholson’s historical record regarding his handling of domestic violence restraining order violations.

Sadly, the evidence also indicates (as will be provided in an upcoming Iowa Public Information Board complaint against Jasper County, IA) that the Iowa Public Information Board’s Executive Directors Johnson and Eckley have produced evidence of a questionable track record that evidence shows provided benefit to what evidence indicates has been Jasper County, IA Attorney Scott Nicholson’s historical desire to suppress historical evidence of his conduct during his elected official duties and unconstitutionally oppress those who bring forth evidence supporting these facts into the public light.
Regarding the evidence supporting the leadership of the State of Iowa’s predilection toward false allegations of criminal conduct supported by zero evidence against those who speak out publicly against them: Those who dehumanize people the state has proven in court violated our laws have possibly forgotten about the skeletons, they have successfully concealed in their own closet. The Grinnell, IA Police Department has documented that Jasper County, IA Attorney Scott Nicholson communicated to Grinnell, IA Police Department Captain Johnson, “Scott stated that if he knew Michael had any money, he would file suit against him for defamation.” Since this situation has left me low on resources and with zero assets. At the same time, the Grinnell, IA Police Department’s report of Jasper County, IA Attorney Scott Nicholson’s documented testimony indicates he only pursues the enforcement of our laws if there is money in it… It would seem that I am good to go.
When the dust settles, and the truth is viewable by all, the leadership of the State of Iowa and the United States of America will see that an honorably retired United States Navy Veteran returned home after twenty years of service and asked for help from the State of Iowa while his children were concealed in the State of Iowa (during evidence of a temporary domestic violence restraining order violation) from court-ordered appearances in San Diego, California regarding allegations of sexual abuse that San Diego East County Superior Court documented on 16 SEP 2021 there is zero evidence to support. At the same time, the evidence will show that upon asking for help and questioning the professional conduct of those who produced evidence of refusing to provide help, the leadership of the State of Iowa took available evidence of that Veterans’ service-connected mental health disabilities repackaged that Veteran in a false narrative of criminal conduct and discarded him and his family in the same ditch I believe the leadership of the State of Iowa buries the rest of its unethical conduct. The tax-funded lies that evidence indicates are spun by some of the elected and appointed Iowa licensed lawyers in the State of Iowa that turn victims of domestic abuse, citizens suffering from mental health disabilities, or other protected classes and events that evidence indicates the State of Iowa failed to provide equal protection in accordance with our laws that some of the alleged leadership of the State of Iowa desires to protect itself from being held accountable regarding the evidence of their historical conduct.
The State of Iowa has given me one gift for which I am thankful. The State of Iowa has helped me see and understand the true identity and form of the country and state that I served for twenty years while I was away from my children.

What value does a tax-funded Iowa Public Information Board truly have that produces evidence of endorsing, protecting, and manifesting this behavior? I served the people of Iowa right after graduating high school because I wanted you all to know that your families’ lives and safety matter to me.
