I appreciate your assistance on this matter. I am going to keep this email brief because I believe my previous memorandums and social media posts will provide you the back story. I am giving your office until 1159pm on 03 FEB 2021 to present records I have properly requested IAW the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA 1974) regarding the following students:
******************** DOB: ************
******************** DOB: ************
Past that threshold of time, I will be moving my complaint to the Federal Level as well as Montana third party state accountability agencies. These records will be used in court to prove other falsehoods I believe *************** a.k.a ***************, a.k.a *************** has utilized to conceal her location and activities while using a false narrative to profit off of the children in her custody.
I will be speaking to Honorable Judge Miller of San Diego East County Division, Department 5 tomorrow, and advising her of the posture your state’s school districts have had toward concealing the truth regarding children that are under her jurisdiction. Upon the conclusion of my family court case and ensuring my children are in a healthy environment I will be moving my investigation further into the state of Montana through civil court to determine whether there is a negligent and possible criminal component within your state’s school districts that have displayed evidence of resistance, failure to report, and get involved with the health and safety of the children they educate and lead.
As I believe I started to one of your employees in a previous memorandum: It is very telling of the quality of leadership, ethics, and character of an educator (your employees) who only show concern for the parts of the brain (as well as the rest of the body) that they are paid to grade and evaluate. While showing no compassion or concern for the rest of the students that they lead on a daily basis while completely going against state law indicating their responsibility is to report any evidence of abuse or neglect towards their students that they witness or have reason to believe is occurring.
I would also encourage you to make it mandatory for your schools to have third party tagging enabled on their social media pages. Having it disabled as Whitefish High School, Whitefish Schools, Flathead High School, and Kalispell Public Schools have executed as you can see in my previous public posts is simply cowardly behavior and bad form. It shows that your public education institutions either hold themselves above public scrutiny or this is publicly available evidence of their desire to reside below the radar as evidence of their negligence is made public.
