I respectfully request that you review all of the electronic mail and attachments in this case.  The Guthrie County, IA Sheriff and Mrs. Bird are denying an incident report, the sworn statement they received, as well as the electronic mail it was sent to them in (December 2020) reporting a conspiracy to conceal children in the State of Iowa from court-ordered appearances in the state of California (I have), do not exist.  Please give me a deadline for a Final Declaration with exhibits to support this testimony.
