DECLARATION AND EVIDENCE OF THE PETITIONER SOLICITING THE PURCHASE OF OVER $5,000,000.00 IN VARIOUS REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES AFTER SHE ALLEGED “SPOUSAL RAPE” OCCURRED IN AUGUST OF 2016
The Petitioner has alleged that she was sexually assaulted (spousal rape/CA PC 262) in August of 2016. As evidence shows in Exhibit F and Exhibit O the Petitioner executed of her own free will the positive cooperation, solicitation, and seduction of the Respondent while engaging in consensual sexual acts with the Respondent while attempting to enter into a 30 year mortgage with the Respondent prior to his Military retirement and the Petitioner and Respondent agreeing to separate on 25 DEC 2016. The Petitioner’s two phases of false criminal allegations began upon their separation, and the failure of the expectation the Petitioner had to acquire a home with the Respondent
